Current processing time: 5-7 business days. 

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with optional Priority Mail upgrades available during checkout. Packages are shipped daily and will be processed within the current estimated processing times. 

Packages will be shipped using a protective bubble mailer. If your order is going directly to the recipient as a gift, we're happy to include a personalized message free of charge! All packages come with free tracking, so that you can monitor the status of your order - these may come with estimated delivery times by the USPS. Please note that these are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. 

To help expedite the shipping process, please check your address before submitting your order! If you find that there has been a mistake after your order was submitted, please send me a message as soon as possible using this contact form

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All returns, refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We want you to love your order and we will be happy to work with you! Don’t hesitate to contact us using this form if you have any questions or concerns.

Refunds

A full refund will be offered if the product arrives in damaged condition.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 3 business days of package delivery. A refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs, will be given once the item(s) are returned in their original condition and in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges on products as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipping and return costs. All sales are final on customized products and discounted products.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped from NY via USPS using either first-class or priority mail, depending on your shipping selection at checkout. Although we cannot guarantee USPS shipping times, your package will be shipped within the processing times stated in your confirmation email. All packages come with tracking included, so you’ll be able to follow your package’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Do you offer custom design services?

Of course! If you have a specific design in mind, or just an idea you’d like to see conceptualized, please let us know using this form or by contacting us at roocharms [!at] gmail.com. All inquiries will be returned within 1 business day, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
