2020 COVID-19 Shipping Updates
Please note that USPS is currently experiencing delayed shipping and tracking times due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and an influx of holiday packages. We try our best to ship your packages in a timely matter, usually within 3-5 business days, but once USPS is in possession of your package, we have no control over delivery speed.
In many cases, tracking is taking upwards of 72 hours to update. This does not necessarily mean that your package is being delayed, just that USPS is scanning at fewer intervals along your package's route.
You may be seeing that your package is stuck in "PRE-SHIPMENT" on USPS's tracking website. Rest assured that your package has been handed off at a post office and is currently on its way to you! This status only means that the USPS did not perform an initial scan where your package was dropped off, and that it will be scanned at another delivery point along the way. In some cases, tracking may not update until it reaches a distribution center near your location. Please give your package extra time this holiday season to travel to you!
If you'd like more information on current USPS operations, you can read their website updates.
Please note the delay USPS is experiencing applies to all package types including First Class packages as well as Priority packages.
